Recovery Oriented Supervision

 

The Recovery Oriented Supervision training is a two day training molded around Dr. Mark Ragins' four stages of recovery: hope, empowerment, meaningful roles, and self responsibility.  The training is open to a learning cohort of up to 30 people who are currenlty supervisors or desire to learn supervisory skills.
