Recovery Oriented Supervision

The Recovery Oriented Supervision training is a collaboration between Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, build your own box training and consultation by Mental Health America of Los Angeles, Bruce Anderson of Community Activators, Project Return Peer Support Network, Los Angeles Child Guidance Center, and Heritage Clinic.  The two day training agenda is molded around Dr. Mark Ragins' four stages of recovery: hope, empowerment, meaningful roles, and self responsibility.  A learning cohort of up to 30 supervisors present at the training will continue to work together to build recovery oriented supervision strengths and resources, participate in a follow up meeting, participate in webinars and have access to consultation and support as needed.

If you have any questions regarding any of the trainings or would like additional information, please contact Dena Stein, dstein@mhala.org, (562) 397-9231.

Thank you.
